Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn items within 72 hours of delivery. No further actions can be taken beyond this period.

  2. For exchanges, two pick-up attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to send the shipment back to our address. Reverse pickup availability depends on your area pin-code.

  3. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  4. Exchange/return charges of Rs 100-200 per product apply based on your pin-code and the number of items.

  5. Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as refund or exchange can be initiated on that order.

  6. Please return the product(s) in the same condition as shipped. Poor condition or missing tags/original packaging will void the exchange/return.

  7. Allow 7 days for returns to be processed and refunds to reflect in your bank account. Note: Refunds/bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders made on our website.

  8. For COD orders, store credit will be issued within 5 working days from the return pickup, sent to your registered email/contact number.

  9. Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. No action can be taken after 60 days.

  10. Claims for shipment-related issues (loss or damage) must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Send claims to support@manchic.com with photos/videos and descriptions. Failure to do so within the stipulated period releases MANCHIC from liability.

  11. Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Bank account details provided by the customer are final. Any errors in the provided details are not the responsibility of MANCHIC.

  2. If you receive an order delivered status but haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours.

  3. Customers are responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and packaging.

  4. Upon return, we’ll examine the product and notify you via email of your refund eligibility within a reasonable time frame. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the confirmation email.

Please note: Purchases made during clearance sales are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
